Having worked in post-secondary education since 2007, I understand many of the challenges that students face as they enter their first year of university. I have a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, specializing in Post-Secondary, Student Affairs from Simon Fraser University. In my current role at a U15 Institution in Alberta, I provide academic support to students. Helping students succeed is my passion! My goal is to extend my knowledge and expertise to high school students, to ease their transition and provide them with strategies to assist as they enter post-secondary!

Education has always been an important aspect of my life whether in an academic or professional setting. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, I embarked internationally in various technical and managerial roles before returning to receive an Executive MBA degree at the University of Calgary. Going through the hardships of entering back into post-secondary education has allowed me to develop specific learning strategies that are easily transferrable to any new student. My aspiration is to coach new students as they prepare to enter university and ensure that they have all the tools to succeed!
